This coffee begins its journey high in the misty slopes of Nicaragua, where altitude, soil, and climate converge to produce spectacular beans with clarity and snap. We roast small batches, by hand, right here in Florida, so every bag is fresh and fiercely controlled in quality.

We’re not just roasting coffee — we’re preserving an experience. From the crack of dawn on opening day, to the quiet moments at camp, First Light is your companion.

Lemon zest & green apple — Tangy, invigorating top notes.

Earthy undertones — Subtle, grounding richness that adds body and depth.

Clean finish — Crisp and clear with a touch of natural sweetness.

To lean into the brightness, try a pour-over or Chemex—use slightly cooler water (195–200°F) and a medium-fine grind. Want more body without taming the acidity? Try a gentle immersion (like Aeropress, short steep) or a lighter drip. For true purists: a slightly higher brew ratio (e.g. 1:16 rather than 1:15) helps coax out more nuance.
