Roast Level: Dark (French Roast)
Body: Full and heavy — dense crema and a satisfying weight on the palate.

Flavor Profile:

• Dark Chocolate & Roasted Nuts — Rich, bittersweet cocoa tones balanced by warm nuttiness.

Espresso Machine: Use a fine grind, 18–20g dose, and a 25–30 second extraction for a bold, smoky shot crowned with thick crema.

Drip or Pour Over: Medium grind, 1:15 ratio (1 part coffee to 15 parts water) at 200°F for a rich, bittersweet brew with deep caramel notes.
